The trailer for Omar Rodriguez-Lopez's movie, The Sentimental Engine Slayer has been released courtesy of "RefusedTV":

The official movie will be released for screening at The Rotterdam Film Festival. And if I understand correctly, RefusedTV (owned and run by the same set of people from the label Sargent House) is looking into distribution companies to officially release the movie for home distribution.

I'm so excited! No, seriously. There's no amount of capslock use, exclamation points, or bolded text to express how effing EXCITED I am! I've been waiting for this moment for the better part of my adolescence! :D

I'm finally set up! I spent all night customizing my layout, and I'm finally happy with the results. What do you think?

On sadder news, however, I have just learned that one of my favorite singers, Lhasa de Sela, passed away on New Years Day. I'm more upset than I thought I'd be; her voice gave me chills when I heard it, and I am in love with the fantastical concept of her first album La Llorona. In fact, I was hoping to catch her on tour sometime, so learning that that is no longer a possibility really saddens me. :/
